Agile Test Lead - Hybrid

Summary: The Agile Test Lead will oversee the System Integration Testing (SIT) for a significant transformation of the Electricity Transmission SCADA platform, ensuring high-quality testing across multiple SCRUM teams. This role requires expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on promoting best practices and managing defect processes. The position is crucial for integrating a modern solution that will control numerous substations and enhance digital efficiency and safety. The role is hybrid and falls under inside IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate SIT planning, preparation, and execution across 4 SCRUM teams
• Promote and embed testing best practices and quality assurance standards
• Manage defect processes, lead triage meetings, and assure resolution tracking
• Define and deliver clear reporting using JIRA, Excel, and Power BI
• Collaborate with SMEs, PMs, POs, and Architects to ensure full scope and traceability

Key Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience leading SIT/FAT/SAT across Agile and Waterfall environments
• Expertise in JIRA/XRAY Test Management, with strong defect management and reporting capabilities
• Solid understanding of SCADA, Real-Time Control, and NMS systems (preferably OSI Aspentech/DGM)
• Familiarity with Mulesoft APIs, Oracle MFT, and relevant industry standards (IEC101, 104, 61850, etc.)
• Strong communicator and proactive leader with the ability to align cross-functional teams
