We are hiring for Agile / Scrum (Data Profiling / ETL) Location: Glasgow - Hybrid / 2-3 days Per week in Office Should experience building robust data ecosystems—from ingestion pipelines to cloud-native metadata services Strong understanding on technical nuances of ETL, data lineage, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/BCBS239), ensuring our teams deliver high-quality data products with predictability and speed. Ability to use data to improve data delivery and proficient in tracking and interpreting Flow Efficiency, Cycle Time, Throughput, and Burn-down charts. Expert at balancing the needs of Product Owners, Data Architects, and Business SMEs, ensuring technical debt is managed alongside feature delivery. High-level understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, Data Profiling, Identity Resolution, and API-led connectivity.
