Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope
- Manage project timelines, risks, and budgets while aligning with Agile principles
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives)
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure backlog is refined and prioritized
- Remove impediments and resolve team conflicts to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Track and communicate key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, team capacity) to stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable follow-up.
