Summary: The Agile Project Manager will oversee project execution using AGILE methodology, ensuring timely sprint releases and effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills to handle multiple projects and maintain client relationships. The position is based in Orlando, Florida, or can be remote, and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incorporate necessary sprint releases to ensure adherence to the timeline
- Liaising with client project stakeholders, project owners and teams for successful execution of all the survey projects in scope
- Single point of contact for all project executions in-scope
- Collaborate and assist with managing technical projects and/or providing guidance to other members of the team as required
- Establish and manage regular cadence internal and with client stakeholders
- Leadership in handling issues and escalations
Key Skills:
- College degree from an accredited university (Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science or statistics/analytics is preferred)
- 8+ years work experience as project manager managing effective sprint releases
- Experience in Project Management tools - Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello boards
- Exceptional written and verbal skills including presentation skills and good documentation skills
- Time Management & Multitasking
- Confident ability to interface with internal and external customers
- Responsible self-motivating
- Project Management skills
- Capable of managing customer expectations
