Summary: The Agile Project Manager role involves overseeing a strategic transformation project within a global academic research company. The position requires strong stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full project life cycle from discovery through execution to benefits realization.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, business sponsors, engineers, and data teams to define and align on project objectives, KPIs, and value outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, shaping and communicating the vision for the transformation. Ensuring transparency, alignment, and consistent communication across stakeholders at all levels.
  • Build strong relationships with product managers, engineers, architects, and executive sponsors to drive alignment across all levels.
  • Lead the planning and execution of a large-scale transformation and migration project, ensuring maximum long-term value.
  • Champion agile principles and lead cross-functional squads to achieve delivery commitments.

We are currently representing a global academic research company who are recruiting for a highly experienced Agile Project Manager for an exciting 12-month contract.

The focus is on strong stakeholder management skills and dealing with cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a results-oriented Agile Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of a strategic transformation project within our clients Academic and Government business unit.
