Summary: The Agile Project Manager role involves leading NPI and greenfield projects within a new PMO function, focusing on innovative access control technology. The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Director and engage with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite executives. A technical background and hands-on Agile experience are essential for this customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage risk registers, project plans, and customer project meetings.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deliver the full ‘Go to Market’ plan and strategic projects.
- Support firmware, software, cloud, mobile app, and UX teams.
- Ensure team motivation and communication throughout project phases.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Agile project management and delivery.
- Technical background with Agile coaching experience.
- Ability to present to C-Suite and Director level stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of SDLC and experience with software, UX/UI, mobile app, and cloud teams.
- Experience with firmware, embedded systems, and electronics is a plus.

Interested in working on NPI and greenfield projects? We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager or Delivery Manager with Agile experience to join a new PMO function as they continue to grow, working on innovative access control technology.
About the role:
This is a customer facing role which includes risk registers, plans and holding customer project meetings, then conveying back to the scrum team.
Communication and adaptability skills are key for this role, you will need to explain technical things to non-technical people and deliver requirements in a business/technical language
Working alongside the Product Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of full ‘Go to Market’ plan and some more strategic projects too. You will be responsible for NPI and greenfield projects.
This is a collaborative role where you will support the firmware, software, cloud, mobile app and the UX team; ensuring the teams are motivated and kept in the loop at all times.
About you:
A technical background is beneficial as is Agile coaching up to exec level.
You articulate real examples of Agile Delivery.
Having presented to C-Suite and Director level in the past, you are confident when you liaise with senior stakeholders.
You are hands on with Agile; handling Jira boards, running Agile teams and taking customers through the Agile process.
As the Agile Delivery Manager, you will have an understanding of the SDLC and a background in working with software teams, UX/UI teams and ideally mobile app and cloud teams. If you’ve worked with firmware, embedded and electronics teams, that’s a big plus.
Ideally, you’ll be based in the South Wales area; this role requires regular face time in the office (Minimum of 3 days per week).
