Summary: The Agile Project / Delivery Manager will oversee large-scale digital transformations within Tier-1 Financial Services, focusing on Payments and Card ecosystems. The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Delivery Management, with expertise in managing complex governance and compliance frameworks. The position is hybrid, requiring two days a week in the Northampton office, and involves significant stakeholder management and financial tracking responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale digital transformations in Tier-1 Financial Services.
- Manage Agile delivery cycles, including Hybrid (Agile-Waterfall) methodologies.
- Oversee core banking migrations, payment gateways, and regulatory reporting.
- Coordinate delivery for squads working with Cloud-native architectures and API integrations.
- Manage senior-level stakeholders and resolve complex RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Implement Scaled Agile (SAFe/LeSS) practices to synchronize roadmaps and manage inter-squad dependencies.
- Track financial metrics (Capex/Opex) related to project delivery.
Key Skills:
- Agile Delivery Management or Project Management experience.
- Deep knowledge of Retail Banking and Credit Card ecosystems.
- Expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with Cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure) and API integrations.

Proficient in managing delivery for squads working across Cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), API integrations, data engineering, and modern DevOps pipelines while maintaining strict audit trails. Advanced skills in managing senior-level stakeholders and resolving complex RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Practical experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe/LeSS) to synchronize roadmaps, manage inter-squad dependencies, and drive continuous improvement Strong capability in financial tracking (Capex/Opex)
