Summary: This role as an Agile Programme Support Manager/Agile Coach focuses on piloting foundational programmes and place-based initiatives to enhance mission delivery and foster a collaborative environment. The position involves working closely with accelerators and policy teams to facilitate their efforts and ensure successful outcomes. Key responsibilities include building motivated teams, overcoming obstacles, and promoting continuous improvement. The role requires experience in Agile delivery, particularly in non-digital environments, and offers a hybrid working arrangement with one day per week onsite in specified locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining motivated, collaborating, and well-functioning teams
- Identifying and helping teams overcome obstacles
- Encouraging and facilitating continuous improvement within the delivery team
- Focus the team on what is most important for product and service delivery
- Coach team member in appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniques
- Facilitating the delivery flow of a team, managing pace and tempo
- Actively addressing internal and external risks, issues, and dependencies
Key Skills:
- Experience working as a Agile Programme Support Manager/Coach
- Proven background in Agile Delivery (especially in non-digital environments)
- Experience coaching multi-disciplinary teams to deliver
- Previous public sector experience advantageous
