Summary: A leading global financial services organization is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager for their London office within the index management division. The role involves driving delivery across multiple Scrum teams and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations to implement strategic technology transformation initiatives. The position requires a strong background in financial markets and technology transformations, along with expertise in Agile delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive delivery across multiple Scrum teams.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver strategic technology transformation initiatives.
- Manage complex technology transformations, including legacy platform consolidation.
- Influence and challenge senior stakeholders at the executive level within a matrix organization.
- Embed Agile delivery into Scrum teams and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure familiarity with SDLC and engineering best practices.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading multi-year, enterprise-wide programmes.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading, and index products.
- Track record of managing complex technology transformations.
- Skilled in senior stakeholder management.
- Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in financial services technology programmes.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience leading multi-year, enterprise-wide programmes across product, engineering, and operations.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading, and index products is essential.
- Track record of managing complex technology transformations, including legacy platform consolidation and strategic technology roadmaps.
- Skilled in senior stakeholder management, influencing and challenging at executive level within a matrix organisation.
- Expertise in Agile delivery, embedding into Scrum teams and managing dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Familiarity with SDLC and engineering best practices (TDD, code reviews, regression testing).
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in financial services technology programmes.
