Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and support high-performing engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure agile delivery aligns with business objectives, security standards, and compliance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and optimise development processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and contribute to internal technology communities.
- Contribute to strategy, policy, and resource planning; drive and manage change.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, influence at all levels, and promote agile maturity across teams.
- Offer strategic and technical guidance to teams and leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risk, ensuring alignment with governance and regulatory frameworks.
- Lead and inspire through core leadership behaviours (LEAD: Listen, Energise, Align, Develop).
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach in an enterprise setting.
- Expertise in large-scale agile framework implementation.
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master.
- Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe, Scrum Alliance, ICAgile).
- Background in technical development or software engineering.
