Summary: We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead and motivate Agile delivery teams, ensuring high performance and the delivery of high-quality products. The role involves managing multiple high-visibility projects using Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment across various business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, team leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage software development projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and communication artifacts
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate governance and control techniques
  • Lead, motivate, and support project teams and stakeholders to achieve delivery objectives
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Ensure teams adhere to core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, accountability, and transparency
  • Remove impediments and coach teams on continuous improvement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage expectations through clear and regular communication
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
  • Promote Lean and Agile best practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, efficiency, and quality
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging Agile practices
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks
  • Develop and track mitigation plans
  • Provide clear reporting and options for issue resolution

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certification highly desirable
  • 5+ years of project management experience in an Agile environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile values, principles, and frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage changing priorities
