Agile Delivery Manager
Summary: The role of Agile Delivery Manager involves leading Agile delivery for complex, business-critical programmes within a secure and highly regulated environment. The candidate must possess active SC clearance and extensive experience in Agile/Scrum delivery roles. This position requires a commitment to travel three days per month to Taunton. The contract is outside IR35, offering a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile delivery for complex, business-critical programmes.
- Manage and facilitate Scrum processes and ceremonies.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Key Skills:
- Active SC Clearance.
- 12-20 years of experience, including 8-10 years in Agile/Scrum delivery roles.
