Agile Delivery Manager

Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager with extensive experience in Agile delivery to oversee complex, business-critical programmes in a secure and regulated environment. The role requires active SC Clearance and significant experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. The position is contract-based with a daily rate of £550 and involves some travel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading Agile teams and delivering projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile delivery for complex, business-critical programmes.
• Manage and facilitate Scrum processes and ceremonies.
• Ensure compliance with Agile methodologies in a secure environment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide teams in Agile best practices.

Key Skills:

• Active SC Clearance.
• 12-20 years of experience, including 8-10 years in Agile/Scrum delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in managing complex projects in regulated environments.

Salary (Rate): £550 Daily
