Summary: The Agile Delivery Manager role at UKRI involves overseeing various projects across multiple product teams, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and effective project management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage allocated projects across Product Teams.
- Ensure projects align with governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Execute Change Demand Forum Triage for Requests for Change, including resource and budget estimation.
- Develop and maintain project plans and systems for effective planning.
- Recruit and manage dedicated project resources.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective implementation and delivery.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable Agile Project / Programme Delivery experience - ideally within a technical environment.
- SAFE / Scaled Agile Framework knowledge & experience.
- Expert stakeholder management skills - cross-departmental.
- A relevant Project / Programme Management qualification.
- AWS / Salesforce experience - desirable.
