Summary: The Agile Delivery Manager will support a Retail Distribution company in transforming their operations by embedding Agile methodologies and establishing a prioritization framework. This role requires excellent communication skills to unify teams and empower them to work effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Delivery Manager in a transforming environment and possess strong interpersonal skills to motivate teams. The position is based in Manchester and requires immediate availability for a duration of 6 months.

*** Agile Delivery Manager Opportunity - up to 6 months - Outside IR35 *** You will be supporting a growing Retail Distribution company that are transforming their ways of working and embracing Agile ways of working. Traditionally, just doing what they need to do, this role will allow to embed right ways of working & establish the prioritisation framework to give the power back to the teams. You'll be working with a highly regarded IT Director, who's been brought in to overhaul the IT department. He wants this person to have excellent communication skills to bring all the teams and departments together & empower teams to do things the right way. Experience as a Delivery Manager and working within a transforming environment, embedding right ways of working is a must. Personality is key for this role - you need to be a people person and be able to get people on board and motivate teams. Location: Manchester - 3 days a week.
