We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to support the replacement of an NHS platform that assists the public with health advice and services. The role involves managing one squad across the UK and India with a strict deadline of end of April 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support a squad across the UK and India.
  • Ensure the delivery of the project by the end of April 2025.
  • Motivate and support the squad to stay on track and meet deadlines.
  • Handle conflicts effectively to ensure smooth project progression.
Essential Skills
  • Strong background in agile and scrum methodologies.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in motivating and supporting teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Conflict management experience .
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with SDLC, Azure, AWS, and NHS platforms.
