Agile Delivery Manager – 6 Months (Rolling) – Shepherd’s Bush (2/3 Days Onsite) Gousto is looking for a Group Agile Delivery Manager to lead complex, cross-tribe strategic initiatives and turn ambitious strategy into measurable outcomes. Operating at Tribe level, you’ll own end-to-end programme delivery across multiple squads and functions (Tech, Product, Data, Marketing, Operations & Commercial). The ideal Agile Delivery Manager will have the following skills/experience:
- Proven Experience delivering complex, cross-functional programmes
- End-to-end digital product delivery experience
- Senior stakeholder influence at senior level
- Confidence improving underperforming teams or delivery systems
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
