Agile Delivery Manager – 6 Months (Rolling) – Shepherd’s Bush (2/3 Days Onsite) Gousto is looking for a Group Agile Delivery Manager to lead complex, cross-tribe strategic initiatives and turn ambitious strategy into measurable outcomes. Operating at Tribe level, you’ll own end-to-end programme delivery across multiple squads and functions (Tech, Product, Data, Marketing, Operations & Commercial). The ideal Agile Delivery Manager will have the following skills/experience:

  • Proven Experience delivering complex, cross-functional programmes
  • End-to-end digital product delivery experience
  • Senior stakeholder influence at senior level
  • Confidence improving underperforming teams or delivery systems
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels

You’ll create clarity in complexity, align strategy to execution through strong planning and feedback loops, and raise the bar on delivery effectiveness across teams. This is a senior leadership role without line management — you’ll lead through influence, data and credibility.
