Summary: The Agile Delivery Manager will oversee cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery in accordance with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards. This 6-month hybrid contract role requires one day per week on-site in London or Leeds, with an immediate start date in August 2025. Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance and possess strong experience in Agile delivery management. The position involves leading multidisciplinary teams and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
- Utilize Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe in project management.
- Deliver projects that pass GDS service assessments.
- Implement user-centered design and continuous improvement principles.
- Manage stakeholder communications and present complex information clearly.
- Identify and resolve delivery challenges to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Work with public sector organizations or government departments.
