Summary: The Agile Delivery Manager will lead and manage multiple agile delivery teams, focusing on the migration and remodeling of platforms to AWS and Azure. This role requires collaboration with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to agile processes within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in agile methodologies and cloud platforms, along with strong organizational skills. The position involves hybrid working, with one day a week in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 5-6 agile delivery teams in a fast-paced environment
- Remodelling and migrating platforms to AWS and Azure platforms
- Work with technical teams and platform teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain a well-organised workflow using JIRA and other tools
- Coordinate product transfer activities and ensure smooth handovers
- Facilitate quarterly planning and squad meetings
- Stay updated with DevOps practices and ensure team adherence
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager with 5+ years in a similar role
- Experience working on AWS and Azure cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of technical backgrounds and Agile scaling frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple squads
- Experience with JIRA and PowerPoint presentations
- Background in product transfer and transferring working practices
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
