Summary: We are looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead multiple agile delivery teams in a regulated environment, focusing on AWS and Azure platforms. The role involves managing workflows, coordinating product transfers, and ensuring adherence to DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in agile scaling frameworks. This position requires a commitment to hybrid working, with one day a week in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 5-6 agile delivery teams in a fast-paced environment
- Remodelling and migrating platforms to AWS and Azure platforms
- Work with technical teams and platform teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain a well-organised workflow using JIRA and other tools
- Coordinate product transfer activities and ensure smooth handovers
- Facilitate quarterly planning and squad meetings
- Stay updated with DevOps practices and ensure team adherence
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager with 5+ years in a similar role
- Experience working on AWS and Azure cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of technical backgrounds and Agile scaling frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple squads
- Experience with JIRA and PowerPoint presentations
- Background in product transfer and transferring working practices
- Knowledge of DevOps practices
Salary (Rate): £750 daily
