  • Communicate consistently across internal and external stakeholders, tailoring messages appropriately
  • Act as a point of contact for third-party suppliers
  • Cover the full lifecycle from discovery through to live

Agile Delivery Manager (SFIA 5 ADM) – | Leeds or Newcastle

Rate: Up to £440pd

Clearance: BPSS Eligible

Location: Leeds or Newcastle – 40% on site (travel once per sprint included in the 40%)

We’re looking for an experienced SFIA Level 5 Agile Delivery Manager to join a large public sector organisation, supporting two department-wide digital initiatives focused on improving internal communications and engagement.

About the projects:

One project is reviewing and restructuring communication and engagement tools, addressing high volumes of communication dispatch but low levels of interaction. Having completed its business research phase, it is now moving into a pilot phase, with four pilots running between April and September 2026. The second project is reviewing and designing a new intranet to replace the current third-party platform. Both projects overlap and are essential to restructuring the organisation’s communications and guidance. SFIA Level 5 is required given the scale and department-wide nature of both projects, which demand sustained management and experience to deliver successfully.
