Summary: The Agile Delivery Manager will lead and motivate teams within the Debt Transformation Programme at HMRC, focusing on delivering high-quality digital products. - Support a group of delivery teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to deliver value and change.
- Monitor and facilitate effective delivery progress, identifying and removing blockers.
- Interpret the needs of business and technical stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Employ Agile and Delivery Management techniques to achieve optimal results.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience of delivering medium to large scale quality digital products.
- Expertise in Delivery Management, utilising Agile techniques.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities on large scale and high visibility projects.
- Experience in challenging and removing barriers to effective delivery.
- Proven experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence external partners, stakeholders and customers.
