Summary: Our client, a prominent Financial Services provider in London, seeks an Agile Delivery Manager for a contract role to oversee a significant software delivery project within their Financial Markets division. The position requires extensive experience in Agile methodologies and a solid background in Financial Markets technology. The contract is initially for six months, with the potential for extension, and necessitates on-site presence in Central London for 1-2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support large-scale software delivery projects within the Financial Markets business.
- Drive product and scrum teams to ensure effective Agile delivery.

The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience in the Financial Markets space, ideally at a leading bank or Financial Market Infrastructure firm.
- Extensive experience in Agile delivery as well as driving product/scrum teams.
- Hands-on delivery experience ideally with large-scale software projects.

This will be an inside IR35 contract via an umbrella company and is being offered initially as a 6 month contract, with likelihood to extend into a longer term engagement, requiring 1-2 days per week in Central London.
