Summary: TrueNorth is seeking two Agile Delivery Managers for urgent contract roles within a growing tech consultancy, focusing on Central Government projects. The positions are hybrid, based in either Leeds or Newcastle, requiring candidates to be within a 90-minute commute. The roles demand strong agile delivery management experience, particularly in software development and previous work with Central Government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage agile delivery for new product or process implementations.
- Lead software development teams as a delivery manager.
- Collaborate with Central Government clients such as DWP, HMRC, MOD, and MOJ.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team and with stakeholders.

- Senior Agile Delivery Manager SFIA Level 5
End client: Central Government
- Location: Leeds or Newcastle (must be based within 90 mins)
- Hybrid: 3 days per week in office, whichever location is closest
- Rate: £475-500 per day
- Contract Length: 3 months minimum - will extend
Key skills and experience required:
- Good agile delivery management experience working with new product or process implementations
- Must have some previous experience of working in Central Gov (DWP, HMRC, MOD, MOJ etc etc)
- Lead Agile Delivery Manager SFIA Level 6
End client: Central Government
- Location: Leeds or Newcastle (must be based within 90 mins)
- Hybrid: 1-3 days per week in office, as needed, whichever location is closest
- Rate: £500-550 per day
- Contract Length: 3 months minimum - will extend
Key skills and experience required:
- Specific experience of being a delivery manager for software development teams
- Must have some previous experience of working in Central Gov (DWP, HMRC, MOD, MOJ etc etc)
