Summary: The Agile Delivery Lead/Scrum Master role at emagine focuses on leading Agile practices within a multi-disciplinary squad in the Wealth Management sector. The position requires a results-driven expert to facilitate project delivery, enhance Agile methodologies, and ensure effective collaboration among teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Scrum Mastery and Agile leadership, driving business-critical outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and structure delivery roadmaps and Agile initiatives to create a platform for successful, scalable outcomes across teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and daily stand-ups to foster transparency and collaboration.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog prioritisation, delivery alignment, and strong customer-centric design of solutions.
- Manage and coordinate delivery squads, resources, and interdependencies, driving delivery momentum and mitigating blockers to ensure successful sprint outcomes.
- Partner across the business and technology landscape, building strong relationships with Product, Technology, and Business stakeholders to ensure shared delivery goals.
- Lead release planning and deployment coordination, ensuring changes are well communicated and aligned with wider platform roadmaps.
- Support delivery quality and readiness through strong QA oversight and continuous improvement practices.
- Drive robust governance and risk controls, ensuring compliance with delivery frameworks, third-party procurement processes, and audit standards.
- Monitor Agile metrics, team performance, and delivery throughput-using data to identify improvements and influence decision-making.
- Align all delivery work to strategic objectives and customer-centric values, ensuring fair outcomes and business alignment.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead or Senior Scrum Master within a financial services environment (Risk domain exposure is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex initiatives within Agile delivery frameworks across multiple teams or squads.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including delivery life cycle, prioritisation, backlog management, and scaled agile practices.
- Experience in delivering digital and business change with strong planning, RAID management, and Agile governance.
- Adept at leading, coaching, and mentoring teams and stakeholders in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across product, technology, and business domains.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent), with additional Agile delivery certifications (eg, SAFe, LeSS, PMI-ACP) desirable.
- Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and other collaborative delivery platforms.
- Strong understanding of the financial services technology and business landscape.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess delivery performance and recommend actionable improvements.

We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join our Agile practice as Agile Delivery Lead/Scrum Master allocated to a multi-disciplinary squad delivering a range of transformation projects.
As an Agile Delivery Lead, you'll operate at the team and programme level as a results-driven delivery expert, combining agile leadership with pragmatic delivery oversight. With a strong background in Scrum Mastery, you'll champion Agile values, lead end-to-end project delivery, and help cross-functional teams deliver business-critical outcomes at pace.
You will act as a central conduit between Product Owners, cross-functional delivery teams, and wider business stakeholders, ensuring Agile practices are Embedded and continuously improved. You'll be responsible for orchestrating delivery plans, clearing blockers, coaching teams, and enabling high-performing environments that drive measurable value.
