Summary: The Agile Delivery Lead will spearhead a large-scale network transformation program across over 200 locations, focusing on the implementation of AI-driven wireless infrastructure and a 100G core network upgrade. This role involves managing cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality delivery while embedding Agile best practices. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Agile delivery within infrastructure or network programs and experience with offshore teams. This position is classified as outside IR35, with some onsite work required monthly.

We're looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive a large-scale network transformation programme spanning 200+ locations. You'll lead the rollout of AI-driven wireless infrastructure and a 100G core network upgrade, ensuring high-quality delivery across a complex, multi-site environment.
You will manage cross-functional teams, working closely with both onshore and offshore resources to maintain delivery pace, alignment, and performance. Embedding Agile best practices, you'll oversee sprint planning, manage dependencies, and engage senior stakeholders throughout the programme lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile delivery within infrastructure or network programmes, experience managing offshore teams, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-impact environments. Experience with wireless networking or large-scale technology rollouts is highly desirable.
This role has been deemed outside IR35, and the work will dictate the amount of onsite required (likely a 2/3 times per month).
