Summary: The Agile Delivery Lead will oversee the management and delivery of digital projects within a charity sector context, utilizing Agile and Scrum methodologies. This role involves collaboration with developers and infrastructure teams to enhance existing services and implement new software solutions. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects and foster relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring effective technical delivery. The position is a 6-month initial contract based in Manchester with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects.
• Work on various digital services offered to the charity sector.
• Ensure technical delivery without delving too deeply into network or cloud infrastructure.
• Take ownership of projects, working hands-on to make things happen.
• Build and maintain relationships with the IT team (40-50 members), business stakeholders, SMEs, and third-party suppliers.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers.
• Navigate the complexities of intertwined digital services and build strong team relationships.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in delivering digital projects and working with Agile delivery teams.
• Comfortable working in a technical environment, but not overly deep into network or cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Azure cloud and Liferay development.
• Experience with DevOps boards and Jira.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Approachable and easy-going personality, with a willingness to get hands dirty and make things happen.
• DBS check required.
