Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate 3 business pods (expanding to 4 next year), covering strategic projects and BAU activities.
- Plan and allocate effort across pods; slice and prioritize work to maximize business value.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and Kanban board management.
- Adapt agile principles to business delivery; ensure pods operate effectively within agile frameworks.
- Use Jira for tracking and capacity planning; manage % allocation for initiatives.
- Oversee delivery of market infrastructure and strategic growth projects.
- Identify and manage key risks across initiatives; escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to focus on high-value business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with governance and reporting standards.
- Work closely with product owners and business leads to align priorities.
- Support initiatives related to global clearing, including CCP connectivity, clearing operations, and related processes.
