The role involves driving end-to-end project execution across multiple teams as part of a major transformation initiative. The position is initially a 6-month contract with the potential for a permanent role, requiring a confident and technically strong delivery professional. The working arrangement is hybrid, with three days in the office each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end project execution across multiple teams.
- Manage and improve Agile delivery within financial services.
- Challenge stakeholders and lead in a high-pressure environment.
- Utilize strong technical background in architecture or technical business analysis.
- Work with SQL, data mining, and process flows.
- Plan projects with a "taskmaster" mindset to ensure execution.
- Communicate effectively and lead with a detail-oriented and proactive approach.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Lead within financial services.
- Strong technical background, ideally in architecture or technical business analysis.
- Experience with SQL and data mining.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong project planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and challenge stakeholders.
- Experience managing Agile delivery across multiple teams.
