Summary: A global financial services organization is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to oversee the re-platforming of a large-scale data warehouse to a modern cloud solution. The role requires a blend of delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and technical collaboration. The position is based in London and involves a hybrid working arrangement. The contract is initially for six months with a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, data-centric projects using Agile practices.
- Define and manage delivery plans, ensuring predictable outcomes across multiple dependencies.
- Partner with engineering and product teams on solution design, implementation, and go-live strategies.
- Promote agile ways of working while maintaining governance, controls, and quality standards.
- Influence stakeholders and manage relationships across a wide network.
Key Skills:
- Vast experience in Agile delivery and transformation, within large-scale environments.
- Proven track record in data migration/transformation and cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake preferred).
- Strong understanding of software engineering practices and dependency management.
- Previous experience within Financial Services with a strong understanding of governance processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
