Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Board Management: Set up and maintain Agile boards (e.g., Kanban, Scrum) to visualize workflow and progress. Ensure that tasks are properly categorized, prioritized, and updated in real-time.
- Facilitate Stand-ups: Organize and lead daily stand-up meetings to promote team communication and alignment. Encourage team members to share updates, challenges, and progress.
- Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners to create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog. Ensure that backlog items are well-defined, estimated, and ready for development.
- Burndown Tracking: Monitor and analyze Burndown charts to assess project progress and team performance. Identify potential roadblocks and work with the team to address them proactively.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
- Agile Coaching: Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile best practices and principles. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance Agile knowledge within the organization.
Qualifications:
