Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master for technical teams, facilitating agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Provide day-to-day delivery support, helping to unblock issues and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
- Bridge communication between contractors, technical colleagues, and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Coach and enable teams to adopt agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support delivery of technical initiatives such as expanding data integrations, improving data pipelines, and integrating with national digital platforms.
