Summary: The Agile Delivery Lead will be responsible for establishing a data-driven workflow and implementing agile practices within a public sector organization in Edinburgh/Glasgow. This role involves supporting technical product managers, fostering team dynamics, and leading the delivery process to maximize value and efficiency. The position is hybrid, allowing for both remote and in-office work, and is offered on an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing a data-driven approach to workflow with logic and data insight.
• Implementing Value, Flow, and Quality disciplines in the delivery pipeline.
• Facilitating core agile ceremonies and promoting continuous improvement.
• Removing delivery blockers to enable technical product managers to focus on strategy.
• Supporting the team in defining and visualizing the roadmap and backlog.
• Creating a trust-based environment focused on delivery and improvement.
• Fostering strong team dynamics based on autonomy and purpose.
• Leading the delivery process to ensure early and frequent value delivery.
• Balancing team capacity against demand.
• Coaching team members on lean and agile frameworks and their roles.
• Contributing to the Agile Community of Practice.
