We’re looking for a Agile Delivery Coach to join a forward-thinking organisation committed to delivering brilliant experiences for both customers and colleagues. You’ll play a key role in helping teams work smarter, move faster and continuously improve the way value is delivered across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to coach, influence and shape Agile practices across a large, modern technology and change landscape — working in a Lab structure where collaboration, data-led decision making and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything.

About the Role

As a Business Agility Lead, you’ll partner closely with Lab Leaders to boost effectiveness, efficiency and predictability across the teams you support. You’ll be jointly responsible for Lab performance, ensuring strong data quality, optimised flow of work and mature Agile practices. You’ll coach teams to adopt Agile mindsets, build capability and ultimately empower them to self-improve over time. Using data, insights and your Agile expertise, you’ll help drive faster speed to market, identify opportunities for improvement and guide teams back on track when performance dips. You’ll support both new and established Agile teams — helping them apply the right practices, tools and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, scaled models etc.) depending on their maturity and the type of work. Every day, you’ll be solving problems, facilitating improvements, coaching leaders and helping teams deliver value at pace.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Improving Lab performance and productivity using strong data analysis.
  • Driving data quality and ensuring accurate, effective use of JIRA and JIRA Align.
  • Using metrics and insight to diagnose issues and inform targeted interventions.
  • Coaching and challenging Lab leaders to improve, accelerate and stabilise performance.
  • Maturing Lab ways of working and supporting planning, sequencing and flow of work.
  • Supporting and strengthening Lab cadence and Agile ceremonies.
  • Providing hands-on Agile expertise, guidance and coaching across teams.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in Agile Coaching or Scrum Mastery (with relevant certifications).
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics and evidence-based decision making.
  • Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders in Agile ways of working.
  • Confident using JIRA, JIRA Align and Confluence.
  • Ability to analyse data, spot trends and drive performance improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to apply techniques like brainstorming, process flows and hypothesis setting.

Nice to Have

  • Agile certifications such as PSM I, PSM II, PK1 or similar.
