We are hiring for Agile Coach / Scrum Master (BANKING -Enterprise / Large Scale Agile Coaching) Location : Hybrid & 2 days in Glasgow Office Should have Prior experience in providing high-quality technical guidance and support to resolve complex challenges, ensuring alignment with the bank's technology practices, industry best practices, and business objectives. Proven experience with implementations and executions of large-scale agile frameworks and should have prior experience as an Agile Coach in an enterprise setting. Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda. Demonstrate leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the team's work. Contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change. This includes planning resources, budgets, and policies; managing and maintaining policies/processes; delivering continuous improvements; and escalating breaches of policies/procedures.
