Key Responsibilities:
- Guide teams, Product Owners, and leadership in applying agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and adaptability.
- Mentor teams on agile ceremonies, roles, and artifacts.
- Support leadership in understanding and embracing agile mindset and servant leadership.
