Summary: The Agile Coach (SAFe) role in Banking involves coaching and mentoring teams and stakeholders in Agile and SAFe methodologies to drive transformation across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor teams, leaders, and stakeholders in Agile and SAFe methodologies across multiple business units
- Drive Agile transformation by embedding best practices, improving team performance, and enabling continuous delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement
- Support teams in improving delivery through flow optimization, WIP limits, and Agile maturity assessments
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align Agile practices with business goals and transformation strategy
- Use metrics and data (KPIs, OKRs) to guide decision-making and continuous improvement
