Agile Coach/Consultant - Release Train
6-Month Contract
We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach/Consultant to support a major programme, with a particular focus on Agile Release Train delivery and coaching.
You will work closely with delivery teams, leadership and key stakeholders to improve Agile ways of working, strengthen delivery practices and help teams operate effectively across a complex programme environment.
Key experience:
- Strong background as an Agile Coach/Agile Consultant
- Experience working with Agile Release Trains
- Strong knowledge of SAFe/scaled Agile environments
- Experience coaching teams and senior stakeholders
- Facilitation of PI Planning and wider Agile ceremonies
- Ability to identify delivery blockers and improve ways of working
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating across large, complex transformation programmes
Contract:: 6 months
