Summary: The Agile Coach role is based in the South West and requires SC Clearance. The position is a 6-month contract with a daily rate ranging from £550 to £600, classified as inside IR35. Candidates with existing SC Clearance are preferred due to the urgency of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile practices and methodologies within the organization.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and frameworks.
- Support the implementation of Agile processes to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with Agile practices.
- Provide guidance and support to teams in their Agile journey.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience in coaching teams in Agile practices.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- SC Clearance or ability to obtain it quickly.
