Summary: The Agile Coach role is focused on guiding teams in the South West of the UK to adopt Agile methodologies effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide teams in implementing Agile methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops.

- Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Experience in coaching teams in Agile practices.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- SC Clearance or ability to obtain it quickly.
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
