Summary: The Agile Coach role involves a 3-month initial contract focused on enhancing Agile maturity and delivery capabilities within cross-functional development teams for a large retail business. Sanderson is currently working with a large retail business who require a hands-on Agile coach to work across a number of Cross functional development teams to improve Agile maturity and delivery capability.
This will require someone with a solid understanding of foundational Agile and how this can be implemented in to longstanding teams with a pragmatic approach to bring alignment and collaboration.
