Summary: The Agile Coach role involves supporting leadership teams and product stakeholders in enhancing Agile practices within a dynamic team spread across London, Copenhagen, and Billund. The position focuses on driving digital transformation, fostering high-performing teams, and facilitating alignment among stakeholders. The coach will also engage in hands-on coaching and guide teams in adopting an outcome-driven approach to their goals. This is a contract position lasting until the end of 2025, requiring a strategic mindset and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support leadership teams and key stakeholders in strengthening Agile practices.
- Foster high-performing product teams that collaborate closely with customers.
- Drive digital transformation by helping teams adopt an outcome-driven approach to quarterly goals.
- Guide individuals and teams in embracing transparency, feedback, and continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to create alignment and foster a unified team.
- Facilitate retrospectives, mediate conflicts, and establish coaching agreements with measurable goals every three months.
- Serve as the primary Agile coach for product teams in Copenhagen and Billund.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance team effectiveness.
- Design, facilitate, and drive workshops with larger groups across various contexts.
- Foster alignment and continuously ask the right questions to drive improvement.
Key Skills:
- Strategic mentality with the ability to challenge assumptions.
- Experience working with leadership teams, including Heads of Product and Directors.
- Pragmatic, data-driven approach with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience within all Agile Coaching stances.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience in designing and facilitating workshops in various contexts.
- Familiarity with Jira and understanding of roadmap challenges in Agile organizations.
- Superb communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in larger organizations with slower operational processes.
- Positive, energized personality that promotes collaboration.
