Summary: The Agile Coach will be responsible for developing scrum principles and sprint goals that align with industry best practices and the bank's objectives, aimed at fostering a high-performing technology team. This role involves managing and supporting scrum projects, implementing large-scale agile frameworks, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The position is based in Glasgow and is offered as a 10-month contract with the possibility of extension. The Agile Coach will also focus on continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scrum principles and sprint goals aligned to industry best practices and the bank's objectives.
- Manage and foster a high-performing engineering team by providing technical guidance and support.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the technology development process.
- Stay updated on the latest industry technology trends and contribute to the organization’s technology communities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other technology teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills:
- Experience with implementations and executions of large-scale agile frameworks.
- Previous experience as an Agile Coach in an enterprise setting.

- Collaboration with business stakeholders, developers and other technology teams to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives, security policies and regulatory requirements.
