Agile Coach – Glasgow | Banking | initially until 31/12/2026 | £450 per day Umbrella

We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support our Banking client in Glasgow (2–3 days onsite). You will develop scrum principles and sprint goals aligned to industry best practices and business objectives, fostering high-performing technology teams and supporting successful delivery of scrum projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute large-scale agile frameworks in an enterprise environment
  • Manage, mentor, and coach engineering teams to enhance performance and technical excellence
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, security policies, and regulatory requirements

Essential Experience:

  • Agile coaching in enterprise settings
