Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and execute large-scale agile frameworks in an enterprise environment
- Manage, mentor, and coach engineering teams to enhance performance and technical excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and other teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, security policies, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Key Skills:
- Agile coaching in enterprise settings
- Facilitation of stakeholder negotiations
- Strong background in technical development
- Agile certifications or Scrum Master experience preferred
- Background across Financial Services
- Strategic thinking, change management, risk and controls awareness
- Leadership or individual contributor expertise in guiding multi-year assignments
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills

We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach to support our Banking client in Glasgow (2–3 days onsite). You will develop scrum principles and sprint goals aligned to industry best practices and business objectives, fostering high-performing technology teams and supporting successful delivery of scrum projects.
