Summary: The Agile Coach will be responsible for developing engaging training materials aimed at non-technical teams to facilitate the understanding of agile principles during the re-platforming of legacy operations. The role involves creating content that is aligned with GDS standards and tailored for DBS, focusing on the iterative approach and user story construction. The position supports the initial discovery stage of the programme and emphasizes the benefits of agile methodologies. The Agile Coach will also deliver training to ensure effective adoption of agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop simple, engaging and easy to use training materials for non-technical teams on agile principles and benefits.
• Include key components such as iterative approach, user story construction, acceptance criteria, user testing, and regular release cycles in the training content.
• Create GDS aligned training material for Agile & Scaled Agile, including content creation and training delivery.
