We are looking for a highly experienced Agile Coach (12-16+ years overall experience) who can assess existing delivery and operating models and drive the adoption of improved agile and product-centric ways of working. The ideal candidate will enable effective end-to-end product delivery and help teams transition toward sustainable, outcome-driven agile practices. This role requires strong coaching and facilitation skills, the ability to influence across teams and leadership levels, and a clear focus on delivering measurable business and delivery outcomes in complex enterprise environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience working as an Agile Coach or Agile Transformation Lead within large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience assessing and improving delivery models, operating models, and product practices.
  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks, product-centric delivery models, and scaling practices.
