Technical Skills:
- Strong experience working as an Agile Coach or Agile Transformation Lead within large, complex enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience assessing and improving delivery models, operating models, and product practices.
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks, product-centric delivery models, and scaling practices.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and use of agile analytics
- Strong expertise in OKRs, outcome-based metrics, and value measurement
- Coaching leaders, executives, and senior stakeholders on agile mindset and behaviors
