Summary: The Agile Business Analyst role involves supporting a large-scale digital transformation programme by engaging with stakeholders to define requirements and facilitate various activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and define requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, user research sessions, and process mapping activities.
- Produce high-quality documentation including user stories, epics, process maps, and as-is/to-be models.
- Define business value, benefits, and success metrics.
- Support Agile delivery teams, promoting Scrum and Agile best practices.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and change.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience as an Agile Business Analyst delivering digital, software, or transformation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and requirements gathering skills.
- Proven experience in process mapping, business impact analysis, and benefits realisation.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and deliver at pace.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience supporting business change and adoption of new ways of working.
- Experience with UX and user research.
- Knowledge of service design and user-centred delivery approaches.
