Summary: We are looking for an experienced SC Cleared Business Analyst to support a significant infrastructure and technology transformation programme in a secure environment. The role involves collaborating with technical and business teams to define and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and security. The position requires active SC Clearance and is classified as inside IR35. The working arrangement is hybrid, with two days in London each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Define IT strategies, system assessments, and solution options to support infrastructure change.
  • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria in an Agile environment.
  • Collaborate with third-party suppliers to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and future-proof.
  • Support governance, change control, and risk management activities throughout delivery.

Key Skills:

  • Active SC Clearance (essential).
  • Strong background as a Business Analyst within infrastructure or technology transformation projects.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
  • Track record of enabling effective decision-making, risk reduction, and successful change adoption.
  • Experienced in using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
