Summary: The Agile Business Analyst (BA) serves as a crucial link between Agile teams and business stakeholders, focusing on documenting and creating measurable artifacts for the Product Owner. This role is integral to the Agile Framework, participating actively in each stage of the Programme Increment (PI). The Agile BA is expected to leverage their expertise in the utilities domain to enhance collaboration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a proxy to the Product Owner, bridging gaps between Agile teams and business owners/SMEs.
- Document and create measurable artifacts for the Product Owner to deliver to business or Agile teams.
- Participate in all stages of the Programme Increment (PI) within the Agile framework.
- Contribute to the Agile team while fulfilling the role of a proxy for the Product Owner.
