Summary: The Agile Business Analyst role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver user-centric, data-driven solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. The position is for an initial contract of 3+ months, requiring strong Agile delivery experience and excellent communication skills. The role is hybrid, based in London, and offers a competitive daily rate. The successful candidate will be responsible for eliciting user stories, leading Agile ceremonies, and improving business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and document clear user stories, processes, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver optimal solutions.
- Analyse and improve business processes using Lean/Six Sigma techniques.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a seamless user experience end-to-end.
- Support testing, training, and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery life cycle.
Key Skills:
- 7+ years' experience in Business Analysis with strong Agile delivery exposure.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience with process modelling, UI specifications, and data-driven improvements.
- Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant BA certifications (eg, BCS, Agile BA, Lean Six Sigma - preferred).
